WINTER MOON     

Sterling silver, Picasso Jasper and Cat's-eye White Moonstone pendant and collar set.  Depicting a bright winter moon through a bare forest, this piece has to be seen to truly appreciate.  The Moonstone is superimposed over the jasper to create an awesome effect.  Visible in the first picture to the left, the Moonstone was selected for its cats eye-like aura reminiscent of a waxing and waning moon.   As the piece is turned, the light dances in a straight band across the stone.  An excellent example of my love for using all three dimensions in design.  Signed by the artist.
