HOW TO ORDER

While online shopping carts are great for ordering music and books, we feel such an approach is too impersonal and lacks a certain level of customer service that we feel our clients deserve.  We can take your order in several ways, either by email, over the phone, or by fax.  If you wish to order by email, you can provide all pertinent information in an email to us and then simply phone us with your credit card information.  We accept all major credit cards directly, not through an unknown third party.  Once  you order from us, we alone keep all your information securely on file, not online where it is vulnerable to hackers and outside parties!  Future subsequent orders can then be placed with ease by a simple email or call, requesting us to process your credit card that was used previously.  We prefer to process credit cards directly due to lower fees but we also accept Pay Pal.  If you wish to pay with Pay Pal, contact us with your order and address so we may quote shipping charges and then an invoice will be emailed to you these transactions.

When placing an order, please have the ITEM NUMBER handy.  This is the code next to the price and it helps us to accurately identify what  you would like.   

PAYMENT

Orders paid for with MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, PAYPAL and bank checks are shipped immediately if in stock.  The easiest way to pay with a credit card is to phone us.  If you wish to pay online, payments are accepted through Pay Pal but please email us with  your shipping address for an order total and our Pay Pal info.  Pay Pal payments (unless made by INSTANT TRANSFER) must clear our bank before the item is shipped.  Layaway is also available to safely reserve a piece.

If you desire to pay by check or money order, you may contact us and have your order held for 5 days awaiting your payment to avoid disappointment on sold out items.  Personal and company checks will delay shipping until check clears.  Please make checks payable to "John B. McNamara"

Pricing on all jewelry chains is subject to change due to fluctuation in the gold market.

RETURN POLICY

At the risk of sounding like a "sales pitch', the jewelry shown IS truly more beautiful than in the pictures.  We strive to make the photos as accurate a representation as possible rather than using enhanced images - a common scam in the jewelry industry.  It is impossible to capture in a photo, the brilliance, luster and dimensionality that ancient coin jewelry offers therefore, our clients are invariably pleasantly surprised to find a piece exceeds their expectations upon arrival.  Of course we always want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unaltered merchandise within 10 days of the invoice date for a complete refund less your return postage.  We MUST physically have the returned item in our possession before this 10 day period otherwise no refund will be given.  Within this timeframe, no merchandise will be accepted without prior return authorization.  You must contact us PRIOR to returning an item.  

Since custom work and special orders (including non-stock chain lengths) are specifically for you, we cannot extend any return policy on these transactions and all of these sales are final.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Unless specified, we ship UPS insured.  There is a simple flat rate of $10 shipping and insurance charge on all orders within the lower 48 states of the U.S..  Shipment charges and carriers to addresses other than the lower 48 states may vary.  Overnight or special express shipping available.  International orders are welcome except ...
