BYZANTINE ANONYMOUS FOLLES COIN PENDANT

IN STERLING SILVER / 18KY GOLD

Set in a heavy hand-wrought sterling pendant with 14 KY gold decoration, this Byzantine anonymous bronze folles dates from 969 A.D. to 1052 A. D.  The reverse is shown with the typical inscription, "Jesus Christ, King of Kings".  Roughly the size of a quarter, this coin is an excellent representation of classic Byzantine Roman culture in a handsome setting!
